    Emergency tarping if needed

    Same day

    If your roof is actively leaking, a crew installs a tarp the same day to stop water damage from compounding. Tarp cost is typically covered by your insurance as mitigation.

    Claim filing & adjuster meeting

    3 - 14 days after filing

    You file the claim with your carrier; we supply our photo report and meet the field adjuster on the roof. Having a contractor on the ladder during the adjustment dramatically improves scope accuracy.

    1 - 3 weeks (carrier-driven)
